24/7 Customer Support:
Teledyne RDI sets the industry standard for customer support. A field service engineer can be reached via telephone anytime, day or night, seven days a week. If your system goes down, if it starts acting "funny", or if you are uncertain if the data reported represents reality, you can be in direct contact with Teledyne RDI personnel qualified to help you evaluate the situation within minutes.

Online Technology:
If your computer can be placed on-line, it can be set up so that Teledyne RDI experts are looking at the data you see on your screen at the same time you are. This technology effectively puts a virtual Teledyne RDI expert on-site with you - seeing the things you see and answering your concerns directly.

Installation:
We realize that you are purchasing more than an instrument, and that installation and data management are critical to the operational usefulness of the instrument. We therefore maintain close relationships with most of the major offshore service providers, and are happy to help arrange a complete solution to meet your requirements.

NEW!!! EXCHANGE SERVICE:
in the rare event of a major system failure, Teledyne RDI has created an optional exchange program which guarantees that a replacement component will be stocked for shipment to the nearest port or staging area for exchange within 48 hours of determining the requirement.

The Exchange Service is intended for the customer who has OS/OO/Mariner ADCPís whose operational commitment can not afford ìdown timeî. As these products are built-to-order and take as long as 120 days to manufacture, the customer is left with little choice than to wait for the repairs to be completed or have a spare system on hand. In either case, the investment in time and/or money makes these approaches unacceptable.

Teledyne RDI's new Exchange Service allows a customer to have available a transducer or system to be shipped to the nearest major port or staging area within 48 hours of request. The equipment is stored at Teledyne RD Instruments and can be used as an exchange for the same frequency and model ADCP owned by the customer. The returned equipment is repaired, refurbished, and placed back in storage to be used again as often as required for the remainder of the contract. In addition, the Customer may request a one-time exchange prior to expiration of the contract to serve as a Refurbishment Service.
